Yes I was thinking of the time when we still had our Everquest accounts going as well. Expensive hobby. It's hard to pull the plug on something you've played for 3 years.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2
Borderlands (though there's still a lot of FPS in it)
Fable 3
Sacred 2
DeathSpank
DeathSpank Thongs of Virtue
Castle Crashers

as far as adventure games go, look up what Telltale Games developed on XBLA/PSN. (Sam & Max, Wallace & Gromit, Tales of Monkey Island and soon Back to the Future)
Otherwise also take a look at the remakes of the Monkey Island series by Lucasarts or get Fahrenheit on the Xbox Originals channel of your 360.

Castle crashers looks great for short bursts after the baby has gone to sleep. Rocketman axis of evil was good mindless fun as well.

I didn't know fable 3 had campaign co-op? splitscreen?

We played fahrenheit a long time ago. The 3d style of sam&max and tales of monkey is not very appealing. The remakes of monkey island are pretty good though. I love that you can switch back to the original graphics at any moment, and great commentary track.

I wish Benoit Sokal would hurry up and finish Syberia 3 :) been looking forward to that for a long time.
