You can access your friends list and see what games people have on their wishlist. x.o Of course I don't know how to keep it a secret who purchased what for who. lol.

Ahh so you have to add the people who you are secretly buying a game to your friend list. Do people have games on their wishlists? I have 10 games now, but only because I haven't removed them yet. :P

Well last year SoulSamurai asked for wishlists from people, which he then PM'ed to their Secret Santas.   No game could be more than $20.  I think I happened to give my buddy three games that were on sale, and ended up totalling under $20.
