I don't really understand this but isn't he right on this case? I mean, if they want the graphics to 'look' acceptable for a $60 / $50 PS3 games they'd have to spend alot of money 'upping' the graphics. A quick upscale to 1080p is what they're doing with games like the GOW Collection, Sly Collection, PoP Collection and Beyond Good and Evil HD, and they're all priced much lower accordingly. I think that's simply what he means.
I think it'll happen, but how it will depends on how the Wii version sells. If it's a big hit I think they'll spend a bit of money brushing up the PS3 version so they can release it as a $60 retail game, if it's sales are less impression it'll be a cheap port to PSN, same graphics upscaled for $20.
