So I don't know how your store is run but our managers would estimate demand and order stock. Yes this included consoles. And yes sometimes are shipment did not come or we were over shipped to compensate for promotions or to hold off until the next shipment.
This is how it was when I worked at bestbuy as well.
So from my experience, someone fucked up with your orders. |
That is correct. Only general managers can order shipments or the higher ups. Over stock can also be shipped from stores to other stores.
