I guess if thats what you have then thats what you have, but it seems a bit thin. Now onto your post, you claimed apple would be ill equiped to jump into the console market, but according to yahoo, apple is the second largest company in the world right now, when speaking of their total assets. With this kind of funding they really could buy their way into the industry and publishers, I mean isn't this how MS got into the game in the first place, but whether apple does this or not is a different story all together, i think only time, and how much profit can really be made will tell, but i stand by my belief that it would only be good for the console gaming industry.. |
Apple wouldn't have to buy their way in. They would have instant expectations of success so people would buy their console and publishers would port their games on the mere fact that they are producing the system. They would have a much easier time than Microsoft also given the fact they already have pre-existing games and network infrastructure to use and they don't have a competitor trying to dominate the market by using razor/blade model consoles and aggressive price cuts to drive other competitors out.
Tease.
