I like seeing this contradictory data from VGchartz.  There is a reason why the gaming industry really doesn't take much credence in the numbers that come out of this site as it generally undertracks many games/consoles compared to what the actual sales numbers are.   If they were accurate, you would see this site tagged far more often when it comes to news about sales and the tracking that they do.

I'm not ragging about these numbers as they are still strong, but honestly I take any and all numbers with a huge grain of salt as there are major retailers that this site "estimates" on some secret forumula as to what they sold, which is off more than not.  I'd trust whatever numbers the NPD or Sony/MS/Nintendo give out.

Similar to how they try to dissect Move sales numbers compared to Kinect. There has been a bias against Sony on this site and has been for years.

Personally, I don't really care much about how much a game sells just as long as it's a good game.  Same goes for a console.

Oh yeah and I suppose all Sony games are undertracked while all MS and Nintendo games are overtracked.

And if you didnt understand why they counted Move userbase instead of move units sold then you obviously don't know how the industry's working. Who cares if there is more than 180 million wiimote sold? Thats the same for Move.
