I...think I'll take back what I said a month ago about Wall having RotY locked...I think it's obvious someone else has it locked

What's the ppg record for a rookie?

Its 37.6 for a rookie set by Wilt Chamberlein soo hes definately not getting that lol and the way the NBA is now i dont think anyone ever will.

There's atleast another 10 guys on the list that averaged more than 25ppg in their rookie season in the NBA.

What's your point?

That Wilt woudn't have averaged 37 in todays game, and never in Jordans Era.

Yeah i know thats what i meant when i said, "and the way the NBA is now i dont think anyone ever will." Back then i think he was probably like the tallest dude in the NBA so it was all pretty easy for him.

He might of been the tallest person in the NBA,  I don't see what it matters.

Bill Russel was 6'9.  Nate Thurman was 6'11.  It's not like this was the middle ages and everyone was 5'5.

Don't sleep on Wilt Chmaberlin... he was RIDICULIOUSLY atheletic and he played against a lot of great players.

The scary part about Chamberlin is he wasn't really dedicated or anything.  Not like Russel.

Russel who many argue was the best Defensive Center in the NBA.  Even he couldn't contain Wilt.

He was basically Shaq, but atheletic.  One year he led the league in assists!

Heck Yao Ming is like... 7'5... even when health it's not like he's super dominant.
