Actually it just happened recently to me. Playing Fallout New Vegas, got about 25 hours into the game and it locked up like it had done multiple times before. But when I restarted it and went to load up my gamesave it only saw my game saves from my other character. It deleted every game save off my HDD for that specific character. 25 hrs wasted. And one of the main reasons why I hate that game
