The developer has stated that the final platforms haven't been decided yet (or hadn't a few weeks ago anyway), but they want as many people as possible to be able to play it, and are even considering PS2 and DS versions. I'd say a Wii version is more than 90% likely, seeing as how this is probably the most Wii-friendly third party developer we're talking about here.
How they'll manage the controls is a bit of a mystery though. My guess is that they'll take a note from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and support a large amount of different control options. The ones with the wiimote have a strong chance of sucking, but there's always the possibility to use the Gamecube and classic controllers.
Of course the Wii version isn't probably going to look quite this good, but then again the only running version right now is on the PC, so nothing is finalised. I would personally like it if the character models for Ryu and Ken were slimed down just a bit, as they are a bit too bulky for my tastes.
