Russia doesn't care, they got their asses kicked in the cold war, and they're trying to be democratic now so they'll stay out of it.
I don't know about China but I think if they're threated by the US in some way they'll back down.
But on topic I don't know why US cares so much about Korea anyways. They should just bomb the crap out of North Korea, kill Kim Jong-il and call it a day.
