If you put sensors on the gloves, you need to transfer their data (wireless) to the 360, like a standard controller. Such a glove would easily be much more expensive than Wii Remote/PS Move.
And simply putting lights on the glove would not really help much and would make Kinect look even more like a copy of the EyeToy/PS Move concept.
And a glove would only solve some of Kinects disadvantages, and it would be an optional accessory for an optional accessory, so few people would probably buy it and few developers would probably be willing to support it.
A simple single-handed controller would be a much better option to overcome Kinect's disadvantages, but even that is probably not going to happen.
