Teams can't always be measured by their record or rosters. Remember a Yao-less Rockets pushing the Lakers? How about a shorthanded Jazz taking down the Nuggets? The Pacers and Grizzlies are both young teams that are improving as they add more depth through the draft and free agency. Roy Hibbert is looking like the leading man for Most Improved Player and has established himself as at least a top 10 center in the league. Rudy Gay is playing with much more heart after taking home the Gold Medal for team USA and Memphis is really rallying around him and Mike Conley. If you're a playoff team you don't suck because you don't need to be a 1 or 2 seed to win a championship.
