I believe it would be in everyone's best interest if the US withdrawled. Even prior to the North's collapse, I think it'd still be best if we did remove most or all of our bases.
One of the North's biggest propoganda pieces is that South Korea is a puppet government of America. If you withdraw the troops, then the North has lost their main motivation for argument against the South Korean government.
However, we should keep weapon systems as close as possible, in the event of a war by the North, or China. We have enough material in Japan to provide a good enough deterrent for any sort of provocations.
