Which Xbox 360 Console model did you's buy?

XBOX 360 Premium with 20GB HDD in February 2007. I got a great deal at the time. XBOX 360 Console, Extra Wireless Controller, Gears of War, and a charge and play kit for $499. This was before the price drop in July.
