I don't see this as being good or bad. This is just another view at rating games and it isn't going to cause any harm so what's the problem? I do find it a bit confusing because most games in Middle Eastern countries are pirated copies anyways and the stores don't know anything about the game because they just copy/steal the games (I say this because I've visited Middle Eastern countries and experienced this). I don't see this being very effective though.
