Scary and funny fact, there are still Democrats who won't admit that he won either of those elections. Does that mean he gets to run in 08 too?

I am certainly no democrat, but the 2000 'victory' is questionable at best, in my opinion. No doubt about 04 though (sad commentary on the country)

or it might be sad commentary on the democrats. It sounds so similar to sony fanboys who are shouting about people being stupid for preferring the Wii over the PS3.

Rather than trying to please the elitest crowd, the democrats need to provide an alternate base to the republicans that appeals to the average consumer, and then support that base from the beginning to end rather than tossing patches and firmware updates out every 3 months and switching out on people with new SKUs.

And if this is getting too far off topic, I'll pose the fact that I can make similes between politics and consoles and have it make sense as being a funny but scary thought. 

I completely agree with you.  The funniest/scariest thing about both the 2000 and 2004 elections were the partys' nominations (fault of the members of the respective parties)
