But it does seem that some people think GoW III is over-rated....I could understand about the ending and all....but mindless hate ticks me off.....

Then, theres a group of people who think of God of War as a series of "over-rated button mashers" anyway...so I'm not surprised.

Well I don't mindlessly hate the game and/or series and there's a lot of legitimate reasons to criticize GoW III in particular.  But I really don't think anyone should come into these sorts of threads ready to defend their favorite games if someone else lists them, a few people have listed SMG2 and I feel theres no way its overrated as its the epitome of 3D platforming and I haven't played a better 3D platformer but I don't because that's sorta not the point of the thread

I wasn't talking to you about the mindless hate...I'm talking about the dude who felt it was necessary to post "god of war" twice, giving absolutely no reason with the move and wii pic comparison sig...

theres lots of reasons one could not like god of war as highly as it was reviewed..i could understand...but that guy was spreading mindless hate... try to deny it if you want to.
