China is bipolar, go there and you'll see what I mean.
To have a capitalism you need a democracy at some point, having a psuedo-democracy run but the Elders and a total of 3% of your populace being wealthy aka American basic living standard and up is not healthy for any Capitalism, it looks like slave labour and it is. Chinese however aren't Americans they are Chinese so who knows this system may work out for them.
I thought there would of been a bloody coup on the central government by now from the working class and instead they are talking about unions... go figure.
Seems they skipped a step.
