Why its so hard to bring more colours to Xbox360 and PS3???

some of the prices are bs, to paint my ps3 yellow cost me the price of a ps3. I like my ps3 but an extra 300 for a color change? Hells no lol, lemme see if I still have the link so you can see for yourself.

what kind of paint could be used on a slim ps3? Thought about doing it myself.

Not sure, the surface isn't a finished surface, but I would assume any type of airbrush paint would work, may need to scuff it a bit with a fine sandpaper though first... could probably find that info on the net
