For me I would have to say Mass Effect 2. I found the first game to be far superior and was wholly disappointed by a number of things that changed in the second game. I guess that comes down to prefering rpgs to shooters whereas the mainstream audience is always gonna be the other way round. Don't get me wrong, I didn't hate ME2 I just don't think it is as good as the first.
