Indeed, British English is used pretty much everywhere except America. I don't think I've ever seen a non-American misspell "colour" (though I have seen a few "program"s and "center"s). Where American is used, it's more due to lack of knowledge of British English than actual intent to use the American dialect.


Since I am American. I always find it funny when I see companies use words like "Colour" and "Armour" since i'm so used to seeing "Color" and "Armor".

It is quite strange and cool at the same time. Well at least to me. :/

British and other British English users have had to be exposed by American English because of no translators, I guess it is pointless to translate though.
