Its interesting to note that these "dipplomats" are probably some brutal murder and puppet string pullers themselves caring nothing for the lives of thousands, infrastructure or countries they need to affect.
But somehow we the people and wikileaks need to be dumbfounded and sympathetic under the "over cried 'wolf' cry"
of this affects terrorsts.
