Bungie is known for leaks. I remember Halo Reach screens leaking out before the official gameplay trailers launched. I remember ODST screenshots coming out before trailers. Infact I'm pretty sure Halo 3 screens were leaked too. Either Bungie has very bad security and policies regarding the revealing of info or Bungie is purposely leaking the footage.
I sure as hell hope Activision didn't put Bungie on CoD. As far as I know Activision signed up for the exclusive rights to Bungies next franchise for ten years. That would suggest that this is not a Call Of Duty. Besides Activision paid full tilt for those rights and getting Bungie to develope a Call of Duty title would be a waste of those funds!
