How about instead of Epic... we use Bee's Knees :P
I have some fiction for a character born in the early 1900 who would effectively use 1920's slang. Epic translation would be Bee's Knees. It's amazing to know that some of the slang we use today is really old and some of it is just cool others it's amazing to see how the meaning has changed.(http://local.aaca.org/bntc/slang/slang.htm)
Though I'm up for reducing the use of Epic. Actually couldn't Epic Micky and Yarn go for
Kirby Bee's Knees Yarn?
Coolsville Micky?
Epicville Micky?
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
