Why don't companies re-create amazing games?

For the Wii Sports remakes, I wasn't referring to the Resort sequel.  I was referring to Deca Sports 1, 2, 3, and Deca Sports Freedom, Game Party, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games 1 and 2, Neighborhood Games, Carnival Games, Active Life: Extreme Challenge, Game Party 2, Active Life: Outdoor Challenge, Wacky World of Sports, Water Sports, Sports Champions, Sports Party, Winter Sports: The Ultimate Challenge, Kinect Sports, Summer Sports 2: Island Sports Party, Game Party, 101-in-1 Party Megamix, Birthday Party Bash, Block Party: 20 Games, Family Party: 30 Great Games, Family Party: 30 Great Games Outdoor Fun, and Game Party 3.

And the bald murderer part's just for gritty action games.
