Microsoft's Game Room, which was thought to be like Home, but ended up being more like the Wii Virtual Console, has had ups and downs.  It had delays, dregs of content, and other things that had people wondering about its future.

Well, either this is a swan song, where Game Room is going out well, or a segway into a stream of good retro content.  I had posted that Jackal was released in Game Room I believe a month or so ago.  Well, the rest of the pack was pretty much Ehh... well, Pack 12 hits and it is stronger.  Here is some of the titles set to become available now or over the coming weeks:

Weird, I though I posted this, but i guess not.  Here is what is supposed to be in Pack 12:
Here is the list Ruined posted on the Game Room forum (greatest worry now is if Sunset Riders is Pack 12, will there be a Pack 13?):

ARCADE--
AMIDAR (Konami's Pac Man type game)
BLADES OF STEEL (Yes, the arcade version of the NES hockey game by Konami)
DETANA (Another game in the TwinBee series, from the 1990s)
FOOD FIGHT (This is the Atari arcade title).
MIA (sequel of sorts to Rush'N Attack/Green Beret)
POOYAN (Konami's pigs stop wolves single screen shooter)
SUNSET RIDERS (Western side-scrolling shooter in the vein of Contra)
TWINBEE (Vertical SHMUP)

2600--
PITFALL II
WARLORDS

I would say that the future is likely stronger for Game Room, because Double Dribble (the arcade game) hass not hit yet.
Anyhow, getting the word out.  Rumors of Midway's stuff (this also means later Atari arcade) and Atari 5200 and 7800 systems also has been floating about.
