YOu have to feel for some of these employees at the chain stores. They dont exactly want to work at these places in the first place. You really cant expect them to know everything there is about their department besides maybe what they have in stock or when they should get something in. I could tell you a ton about Wii games and most of the older systems. However, if i was stuck working there for the time being I couldnt tell a whole lot about PS3 PSP or xbox other than some basics. I could tell you next to nothing about the games unless it was a game from a franchise I had played in the past. Even then it would be limited to how much help I could give.
