Why doesn't Canada have Black Friday and US have Boxing day?

I dunno. I think Canadians are too polite for Black Friday, are you guys willing to stomp someone to death to get a new TV?

And I think most Americans are holidayed out by the end of Christmas, our Thanksgiving being closer to Christmas. We need the time recuperate for New Year's Eve.
