It's quite funny to see but nobody would seriously play the game like this for more than 5 minutes.
And that's exactly the reason why Kinect-only controls only theoretically, but not practically works with traditional games. You can of course force Kinect controls onto pretty much every game, but the result will either be frustrating and vastly inferior to the traditional controller (with a controller you would easily be three times as fast in Super Mario) or the developers have to oversimplify the controls (for example on rails movement in 3D games, automatic speed control in racers etc.)
