They just made an article saying FFXIII is 2010's biggest disappointment...Screw them!

What's funy about that is they gave the game a 8.9, or "Great".  That's one of the reasons why I don't trust IGN, anymore.  They don't stick to anything they say and just go with what's popular.  Even GT5, a game they gave an 8.5, or again "Great", is number 2 on that list.  So a game is GREAT!!, but yet it's disappointing to you?

@ OP

A lot of sites seem to be rushing out reviews, not caring about any kind of integrity, only to get a few extra hits when they have reviews in time for the game's release.  GT5 is an example of this, since according to what I have read, sites really only had it for 4-5 days before it released.  There's no way you can unlock and play 50% of this game in 4 days, let alone 90-100%.

A site I have come to really respect, as of late, is TheSixAxis.  They haven't reviewed GT5 yet, because they won't review a game till they have either beaten it (this was actually illustrated once), or in GT5's case, gone through at least 90 % of the game.  They even wrote an article about the state of reviewers on other sites.  I guess the final straw for them was seeing IGN's review of The Fight, in which IGN's reviewer made inaccurate statements, as well as not even mentioning a key feature in the game, multiplayer.  And instead of IGN admiting the horrible job that was done, they just simply edited a few lines (which still contains an inaccurate statement) in the review and just left it alone.  That kind of action makes me trust them even less.
