You can get it online (I just checked) but looks like I was wrong with one major piece of info... It's $399...

$399 is a bit too much. Walmart cyber monday is offering a blu ray of choice, 2 games of choice, blu ray remote, and p3s 160gb for only $388. So should i go for amazon or best buy?

Here's what I think:

The Best Buy PS3 Bundle would be most ideal for you if:

1) You're planning to get LBP2 because all the content from the GOTY Edition as well as LBP will be able to be transfered to LBP 2 without trouble, so your money isn't wasted at all

2) You like ModNation and since you're getting a second PS3, you'll already have another Controller anyway so if you wanna play split screen in ModNation, then that's great.

2) Cars. Since you haven't see it, then it worth watching.

 

You see if I were you I'd get that Best Buy Bundle because I'm very similar to you as well. I have both LBP and Uncharted 2 and if I was to pick I'd get the Best Buy bundle because you get another full fledged game which could last you a long time just like LBP  and the fact that DLC carries over to LBP 2 is a great thing so the DLCs in the GOTY are really good. Of course that is if you're planning to get LBP 2 like I am. I'm not gonna play Uncharted 2's Multiplayer anyway since all the DLC in the GOTY edition is just for Multiplayer.

 

So I'd say Best Buy. But whatever you choose, I don't think you could go wrong with either.
