You waited 5 years? wow... I got my PS3 in January 4 2008, so I think I waited less than 3 years. And I wasn't really really waiting, not that hard anyway. I got GT5:P that same year, had a lot of fun with it, and revisited the game from time to time during the last couple of years. I didn't buy or play any other racing game, except for some demos that failed to grab my interest (Grid, NFS Shift, NFS HP, Split Second, etc, etc.) For me the only racing game is GT, I don't need more than that.
