I have played GT5 and actually own a copy and i can tell you that the game to me ain't that impressive considering the time it took them to make it . I was merely disappointed at the fact that it took them 5 years to create 200 new plus and 800 ps2 upscaled cars, online ain't that great and the environment and the textures are quite plain. Damage on cars look like cardboard boxes being squashed and so on To me thats pathetic as you would expect more from then especially when it took them 5 years to make it. Despite the flaws in the game , its still a good game but definitely not a god in the racing genre. If i were to review the game and give it an honest score then i would give it a 7 out 10. |
how many hours did you play the game? the game isnt perfect, but just because it took them 5 years it shoudnt be. did you play b spec mode? did you play the endurance race on le mans? to review a game the size of gt5 correctly people shoudnt use hype to base their review on, and should play it alteast for more then 30 hours, those are two things you didnt do.
