er... i think that's the point. those of us who own the game and play it realise that the reviewer has fundamentally failed to play the game properly so can't have given it a fair score.
bad reveiws are bad reviews.
People are welcome to have their opinions on whether they like a game or not but when a reviewer slams a game he hasn't played properly (check out the comments about broken controls when he's pressing the wrong buttons!), that is what we are annoyed about.
