Wow, really? My parents still have their DVD player hooked up to the HDTV with composite cables! (the Red/White/Yellow RCA ones!) I told them to hook it up with component cables at least, but they don't care. I imagine they'd care even less about Blu-ray.

Now that I think about it, my GF's parents have their DVD player hooked up with composite cables as well to their hdtv, haha.
