1) My list its very accurate, adjusted to my tastes and the games I know (suspect like The Last Story) are comming out next year.
2) I have a budget of 1 FULL PRICE game per month or 2 cheaper ones, that's around 12-18 games per year, since my list is only 11 games long there its room for new announcements and maybe some games on my list will be replaced by new ones along the way.
