Eh, mine's just taken from an image I have on  this computer, opened in paint, cropped to a square, and saved. Sometimes I have to resize them also, but that's also easy to do. Viva paint!

How can u overlap stuff in Paint? You can't to my knowledge.

Maybe the original creator used Photoshop to do that, then? I know that I didn't do any overlaying on my end, so...
