Yeha if you stop subscribing you lose access but if you renew they will all start working again, any free DLC seems to be yours to keep, and of course anything you buy with discounts is yours to keep.
In Secember you will get the LBP Move game for free and a chance of being in the beta but i dont think its guaranteed access for everyone but i might be wrong.
