Fuck this law. If you make it illegal to portray cartoon characters under 18 having sex, then that would make quite a few Japanese visual novel/dating sim masterpieces illegal (they are almost all high scool themed). It amazes me how a sex-obsessed country like America can have such a draconian stance towards cartoon porn compared to Japan, where the people there are a lot less sexually promiscuous on average.
