Well I just pre-ordered today. In the US though.
Got one of the few CE pre-orders left at Best Buy. Thankfully the BBs around here always have pre-orders for games left just before release. GameStop, for comparison, stopped taking reserves like four months ago.
It's funny. I have my GT5 CE reserved at Best Buy, my LBP2 CE reserved at Amazon, and my KZ3 CE reserved at GameStop. Ironically, the KZ3 CE is the only one I have fully paid off, simply because GameStop are the only ones that'll let you pay for a full game prior to release.
