I don't know, but lately I have started to get feeling that by releasing your game simoultaniously on both the popular and unpopular console kinda hurts the image of the game of Japan. I wouldn't be surprissed if the new strategy that some publishers have chosen by making there games exclusive for the PS3 in Japan and PS360 everywhere else had something to do with that.
