If they had pushed the PS3 version of FFXIII more by giving it also some exclusive commercials and some bundles, i'm sure that part of those 1.5 million units would just have gone to the PS3.
The fact that it isn't nearly as breath taking as what FFVII & X and where back then, is its biggest problem though. Still a pretty good and solid game, just not great.
