To be honest the device sounds alittle complicated and its not a rip off of Kinect. It doesn't do full body motion tracking like Kinect does. It also does some things Kinect doesn't. It would be like saying Kinect was an EyeToy or that it completely ripped it off. Both devices are different in several ways. I admit Sony rips off the competition alot but in this case this seems to be a unique device.
