My only games so far are Kinect Adventures and Kinect Sports. Dance Central and Your Shape: Fitness Evolved are coming tomorrow. So I can't answer your poll.
I'd not say that KS is better than DC. It's different, but it's really good. Though not perfect. It has some flaws. Tiring menu structure, no leaderboards, limited online MP. But the sports and the mini games are great fun nonetheless.
