I seriously hope not.
It depends on how 3D effects development time. Move on the other hand, HELL NO. SONY needs games from the ground up for Move and ONLY with move. I expect a number of Move compatible games but there needs to be a good number of Move only releases as well and this early into the Move life cycle, SONY can't rely on 3rd parties to supply that.
