Which Final Fantasy would make the best movie?

Best film, Probably FFVIII just because it the narrative flows pretty well through the entire game, there is a focus of drama and romance, but still plenty of action and intrigue at the same time. Plus those Laguna flashbacks would work out well in the film medium.
