Experience. Move is more accurate overall, but not by much.

I don't have experience with the lag to speak of as they both have hardly any at all. I did read somewhere regarding their speeds, but I'm not sure where the link for it is nor can I be bothered to find it for the sake of a minor issue I had with the discussion.
