Mine is also Monster Hunter Tri, I don't know the number of hours specifically but it was well over 100 hours play time. The worst part about that number is that was all in like 6 weeks, the one time I actually looked to see how much I played I was so shocked that I immediately sold it on ebay to avoid the temptation of playing it.
I've also put quite a bit of time in Super Mario Galaxy 2 (probably around 35-40 hours). I have a feeling Goldeneye will top that number in the next month or so.
