There are already 4 games 70 plus on Kinect, and that was launch day games. Not that I see why that matters, again, really clutching at straws here.

And nothing is stopping kinect games to score lower or higher on metacritic, reviews are still rolling.

Anyway, yes SW matters, but Kinect being a higher caliber than eyetoy is based on a host of different reasons, least of all Kinect having a library almost on par with eyetoy, within 1 week of launch, compared to eyetoys 4 years.
