1. She's 60. There are many senior citizens who would not say that word, so don't use her age as an excuse. She's old enough to know what is right and what is wrong.

1. 60 is pretty old dude. That means she grew up in the 50's/60's and there was still segregation back then. Yeah she should know right from wrong but when she was growing up that was still acceptable in some areas.

2. I watched the first couple minutes of it.

The point is its a racist old lady, who cares what she said? Is she a celebrity or a politican? No, she's some old lady who doesn't like black people apparently. There's no law against being racist, she can say what she wants under freedom of speech.
